Through virtual consultations and curated at-home care, Opulent Beauty Retreat aims to represent soft beauty, consistency, and impact, where every product and experience not only enhances confidence but also supports community care through the RSB Foundation.

Opulent Beauty Retreat is more than a spa, it’s a sanctuary for healing, self-care, and confidence. Please review our policies below to ensure the best possible visit.

Booking & Appointments

  • All consultations are virtual only and must be booked online.

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

  • Intake forms must be completed at least 24 hours before your session. If your form is not completed, the appointment may be rescheduled.

 Rescheduling & Cancellations

  • You may reschedule your virtual consultation up to 48 hours before your appointment at no cost.

  • Rescheduling within 48 hours will require a new booking fee, as your time slot was reserved specifically for you.

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the appointment will receive a booking credit that can be used toward another virtual service.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment are non-refundable.

  • If you booked with a coupon or discount, the offer cannot be transferred or re-used if canceled.

    No-Show Policy

A no-show occurs when:

  • You do not log into your virtual session within 10 minutes,

  • OR you cancel at the time of the appointment.

  • All no-shows are non-refundable.
    A new appointment and payment will be required for rebooking.

    Late Policy

    • A 10-minute grace period is provided.

    • If you join late, your session will still end at the scheduled time.

    • After 10 minutes, the appointment is marked as a no-show and must be rebooked.

      Intake Form Policy

    • For personalized skincare recommendations:

    • Intake forms must be filled out honestly and completely.

    • Failure to submit or incomplete forms may delay or prevent your consultation.

      Refunds

    • Virtual consultations and personalized skincare routines are non-refundable.

    • Once the consultation begins, no credits or adjustments can be made.

Custom Skincare Bundle Policy (After the Consultation)

  • Personalized product recommendations are based on your consultation and skin information.

  • Bundles and products purchased afterward are final sale.

  • Because these items are shipped through third-party partners, cancellations cannot be made once an order is placed.

That’s why 10% of every drop-ship order is allocated to the RSB Foundation, our nonprofit dedicated to uplifting cancer patients, survivors, caregivers, and families.

Your purchase helps us create pediatric chemo completion baskets, supply care essentials, and provide support programs for those navigating difficult journeys.

Donations are automatically processed and cannot be reversed or declined.
