VISION STATEMENT

OBR POLICY

  • All consultations are virtual only and must be booked online.

    Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

    Intake forms must be completed at least 24 hours before your session. If not completed, your appointment may be rescheduled.

  • Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy

    We understand that life happens, and we are happy to accommodate schedule changes whenever possible.

    Rescheduling:
    Clients may reschedule their appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time at no additional cost.

    Appointments rescheduled within 24 hours of the appointment time will require a new consultation booking fee.

    Cancellations:
    Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your appointment will receive a booking credit that may be applied toward a future appointment.

    Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment are considered late cancellations and are non-refundable.

    Promotions & Discounts:
    Discounts, promotional offers, and special pricing are valid for the original scheduled appointment only and cannot be transferred or reused after cancellation.

    Thank you for respecting our time and allowing us to provide each client with a personalized, intentional skincare experience.

  • A no-show occurs if you:

    • Do not join zoom link within 5 minutes of appt time
    • Miss your appointment without notice

    All no-shows are non-refundable and require full payment to rebook.

    Late:

    A 10-minute grace period is allowed.

    After 10 minutes, your appointment is considered a no-show.

    Sessions still end at the scheduled time if you join late.

  • Intake forms are required for all consultations.

    They must be completed fully and honestly before your appointment.

    Incomplete forms may result in rescheduling.

  • All consultations, programs, and personalized routines are non-refundable.

    Once your session begins or your program starts, no refunds or credits will be issued.

  • All skincare recommendations are based on your consultation and intake form.

    Any products or bundles purchased after your consultation are final sale.

    Orders cannot be changed, canceled, or refunded once placed due to third-party fulfillment.
