Opulent Beauty Retreat is more than a spa, it’s a sanctuary for healing, self-care, and confidence. Please review our policies below to ensure the best possible visit.

Booking & Appointments

  • A $25 non-refundable retainer fee is required to secure all appointments. This fee is applied toward your total service cost.

  • Appointments are not confirmed until the retainer is paid.

  • Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to relax and complete any necessary forms.

  • Late arrivals over 10 minutes may result in cancellation at the provider’s discretion.

 Rescheduling & Cancellations

  • We require 24 hours notice for cancellations or reschedules.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will forfeit the retainer fee.

  • No-shows may be charged up to 100% of the service total and may result in refusal of future bookings.

 No Extra Guests

  • To maintain a serene and private environment, no additional guests or children are permitted unless receiving a service.

 Payments

  • We accept cash, debit/credit cards, and select digital payment methods.

  • Gratuities are appreciated and go directly to your service provider—thank you!

 Health & Safety

  • Please reschedule if you are feeling unwell or have been recently ill.

  • Inform your provider of any skin conditions, allergies, or medications before your service.

At Opulent Beauty Retreat, I specialize in corrective skincare treatments, which means every service is designed to improve the skin on a deeper level—not just temporarily. Corrective skincare requires commitment, consistency, and proper home care to achieve real, lasting results.

Because of this, all clients are expected to:

  1. Follow the professional product recommendations I provide

2. Maintain their home-care regimen daily

3. Stay consistent with their scheduled treatments


4. Understand that results take time and depend heavily on your commitment

Please do not book if you are not ready to stay consistent, invest in your skin, or follow the treatment plan I create for you. Corrective skincare is a partnership, and your results will reflect the effort you put in between appointments.

My goal is to help you transform your skin safely and effectively and that starts with discipline, trust, and consistency.
